I recently relocated my dance photography studio from Sacramento to Redondo Beach, CA, and miss Courtney here was my very first dance photo shoot in the new studio! She is very talented young artist who has performed for several years with the Palos Verdes Performia Arts.
She is not only a talented dancer, but a gifted singer as well. She was lucky enough to land the lead role of “Elsa” in a recent production of Frozen in Rolling Hills Estates, CA before Covid shut things down.

Courtney has been putting in the hours training in ballet for the past few years, and was able to graduate to point shoes right before our dance session. It was so amazing watching her be able to show off her hard work in these couture dance images.
There is no strict time limit for sessions, and we will never need to rush.

This sassy little outfit below was one that Courtney brought along with her from home. Aren’t those leg warmers such a perfect additon to the outfit! I always encourage my clients to bring several of their favorite dance sets, or really any outfits at all that they would want to be photographed in. I want for every session to show exactly who they are at this moment in time.
